Our Rose gin will entice and excite your senses as you enjoy it straight, over ice, or mixed into creatively crafted cocktails.


Strawberry Martini
1 ½ oz. ATIAN Gin
1 ½ oz. Homemade Strawberry Puree
1 oz. Lemon Juice
Topped with Prosecco
Dehydrated Lemon wheel
Add all other ingredients to shaker with 3/4 ice and shake. Strain into a glass with fresh ice (wine glass preferred). Top with Prosecco. Stir to distribute. Garnish with dehydrated lime wheel.


Pamplemousse Cooler
1 ½ oz. ATIAN Gin
1 oz. Pink grapefruit Juice
1 oz. Lime Juice
Topped with Fever Tree Sparkling Pink Grapefruit
Lime wheels or Grapefruit half moon
Shake all ingredients in tin with ice, except sparkling. Strain into glass over fresh ice and top with Fever Tree. Garnish with Lime wheels or Grapefruit half moon.


Hibiscus Rosemary
1 ½ oz. ATIAN Gin
½ oz. Ramazzotti Rosato Aperitivo Liquor
½ oz. Hibiscus Syrup
1 oz. Lime Juice
Topped with Tonic
The needles of one rosemary sprig
Torched rosemary sprig
Take needles off one rosemary sprig and put in shaker with 3/4 ice. Add all ingredients and shake. Strain into a tall collins glass with fresh ice. Top with Tonic. Garnish with a torched rosemary sprig.


Lychee Martini
Fresh Dill pulled off
one stem
1 oz. Re’al Lychee Puree
1 ½ oz. ATIAN Gin
½ oz. St. Germain
½ oz. Lime Juice
Lychee fruit sunk and small dill sprig
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice and shake hard. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with small sprig of Dill and Sink 1 Lychee fruit.


Pea Flower Martini
Fresh Blueberries
2 oz. ATIAN Gin
1 oz. Lemon Juice
1 oz. Butterfly
Pea flower infused
Simple Syrup
Berries Dried or Fresh Pea Flowers
Muddle Blueberries in glass or shaker with ice. Add all ingredients, shake hard and long. Strain into glass over fresh ice and garnish with Berries Dried or Fresh Pea Flowers.


Lavender Cooler
Mint leaves
2 oz. ATIAN Gin
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
½ oz. Monin Lavender
Lemon Syrup
Top with a splash of club
soda
Mint Sprig, Lime Wheel, Coconut Flakes if available
Rip, smack & tear hand full of
mint leaves and drop in tin with all other ingredients. Shake hard with ice. Strain over fresh ice and fresh
mint leaves. Garnish with Mint Sprig, Lime Wheel, Coconut Flakes if available


Watermelon Kiwi
2 oz. ATIAN Gin
1 oz. Guava Puree (Re’al)
1 oz. Lime or Lemon Juice
Top with Mad Tasty Watermelon Kiwi CBD
Lime Wheel or Lemon wheel
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice (except Sparkling) shake hard and long. Strain into glass over fresh ice, top with Sparkling and garnish with Lime wheel or Lemon wheel.


Watermelon Kiwi
2 oz. ATIAN Gin
1 oz. Guava Puree (Re’al)
1 oz. Lime or Lemon Juice
Top with Mad Tasty Watermelon Kiwi CBD
Glass: Wine Glass or Tall Collins
Garnish: Lime Wheel or Lemon wheel

Pour ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake, and strain into a rocks glass. Top with sparkling grapefruit soda and garnish with 1-2 dehydrated strawberries and a lemon peel.


Buchu Bite
2 oz. ATIAN Rose Gin
1 oz. Strawberry Syrup
½ oz. Lemon Juice
Egg White
Angostura Bitters
Dehydrated strawberries
Glass: Collins
Garnish: Mint Sprig, Lime Wheel, Coconut Flakes if available
Pour ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake, and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with angostura bitters and 1-2 dehydrated strawberries.


Sea Foam Twist
2 oz. ATIAN Rose Gin
½ oz. Lime Juice
½ oz. Simple Syrup
Egg white
Soda Water
Lemon peel
Glass: Nick and Norah
Garnish: Berries Dried or Fresh Pea Flowers
Pour ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake vigorously, and strain into collins glass. Top with soda water and garnish with a lemon peel.


The Wildflower
¼ oz Lychee Liquor
½ oz. Lillet Blanc
2 oz. ATIAN Rose Gin
Edible flower
Glass: Collins

A Walk With Juniper
2 oz. ATIAN Rose Gin
4 oz. Fever Tree Light Tonic
Blood orange wheel
Lemon or Lime Wheel
Cucumber wheel
Juniper Berries
Glass: Nick and Norah
Garnish: Berries Dried or Fresh Pea Flowers

¼ oz. Honey syrup

3⁄4 oz. Aperol

Passion Fruit kombucha
Thai basil sprig

½ oz. lemon juice
